At SeaTune, we want your Wave Atmosphere Speaker to arrive safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. We do not process or dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time
Standard delivery takes 8 to 12 business days depending on your destination. Most customers receive their SeaTune within 2 to 3 weeks of ordering.

Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at seatune.official@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at seatune.official@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
